At Puri, we stand behind the quality of our care. We want every patient to feel confident in their decision to start treatment with us. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your treatment within the first 30 days of your initial order, you may request a full refund of your first month's medication cost. This guarantee applies to first-time patients only and covers one refund per patient.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team at hello@puri.pro within 30 days of receiving your first shipment.

Medical Consultation Fees

If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you based on your intake assessment, you will not be charged for the consultation. If you are approved for treatment but choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is non-refundable as the medical service has been rendered.

Subscription Cancellations

All subscription plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive any medication already shipped and will not be charged for the following period. Partial-month refunds are not available for the current billing period.

Medication Returns

Due to the nature of prescription medications and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of medications that have been shipped. This is a standard pharmaceutical practice to ensure the safety and integrity of all medications.

If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, contact us immediately at hello@puri.pro. We will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Puri Meals Refunds

Meal plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Changes made by Wednesday will apply to the following week's delivery. If you receive a delivery with quality issues (damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items), contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a credit or replacement.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@puri.pro or call (323) 690-1564. Include your full name, email address, and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
