1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Puri platform (puri.pro), including any services, features, or content offered through our website, mobile applications, or telehealth platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Our telehealth services are currently available in select states. Availability of specific treatments may vary by state based on applicable laws and regulations.
3. Medical Services Disclaimer
Puri facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers through our telehealth platform. The information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All medical decisions, including prescriptions, are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers. Puri does not practice medicine or provide medical services directly. Completion of an intake assessment does not guarantee a prescription or treatment.
Compounded medications available through our platform are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to valid prescriptions issued by licensed providers.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and intake assessments.
You must not share your account with others, submit false health information, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Providing inaccurate medical information may result in inappropriate treatment and poses serious health risks.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Pricing for our Services is displayed on our website and may change at any time. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by or licensed to Puri. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
