We're only admitting five compounding pharmacies into our founding cohort. The deal is structurally better than what we'll offer later — because you're taking on more risk, and because we want to build this with the right partners, not the most partners.

Patients can begin assessment from any state. Fulfillment routes only to pharmacies licensed in the patient's state for the specific product class.

- Signed prescription (drug, strength, sig, qty, refills) with cryptographic timestamp
- Patient name, DOB, and verified shipping address
- Physician's NPI, state license, and DEA (when applicable)
- Pre-built refill schedule with dose-ramp logic for GLP-1
- Clinical context: BMI, contraindications, allergies, prior medications
- Stripe Identity verification proof (no card-not-present chargebacks)
- Pharmacy state license check confirmed before route assignment

Submit your states, formulary, capacity, and pricing through our partnership form. Our partnerships lead reaches out within 2 business days.
A single pharmacy services agreement with BAA. We handle the legals, you sign electronically. No haggling on margins — you set wholesale, we mark to retail.
Either through our partner portal (no integration needed) or via signed JSON webhook to your fulfillment system. Most partners are live in 5–10 days.
Orders flow in real-time. Accept → compound → ship. Push tracking back via REST. Patients see updates instantly. We pay net-30 on every shipped fill.

Compliance claims without specifics are marketing copy. Here are the actual systems and partners powering the platform — names your CTO and compliance officer can verify in five minutes.
We accept both compounding pharmacy classes. 503A for patient-specific scripts, 503B for office-stock inventoried compounds. Routing logic respects each class's allowed scope.
Signed BAA available pre-contract. SSE-KMS encrypted PHI at rest and in transit. Full audit logs of every PHI access. Breach response runbook included in your agreement.
USPS, UPS, FedEx — your existing carrier relationships stay yours. We surface tracking back to patients automatically via EasyPost.

Founding cohort is best for compounding pharmacies that want locked-in economics and integration influencein exchange for taking the early bet. It is not for pharmacies that need a turnkey, established platform with existing prescription volume on day one. Both are reasonable preferences.
